Located on the North-East coast The Tulamben dive Center is the first Dive Concepts center. Set back from the main road, it assures peace and tranquility to all the divers staying in this stunning living place. It is also very easy to join one of our dive groups to dive the USAT Liberty wreck which is only 2 minutes by walk from our dive center.

From the restaurant terrace, we can appreciate, at all hours, the view of mighty Mount Agung, a volcano siting at more than 3200m high (10500 feet). Here you will find a lovely welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Here at our Tulamben diving center, you will arrive as divers and leave as friends! We guarantee you an unforgettable experience!

Our schedule allows you to explore this world famous dive site when the influx of divers coming from other centers in Bali have not yet arrived, or have already left.

Tulamben Dive Sites

Diving in Tulamben allows you to dive on the Liberty wreck and enjoy some great muck dive sites as Seraya or even Batu Belah, Macro lovers come from all over the world to have the chance to see some crazy species of nudibranchs, shrimps and crabs!

At Dive Concepts Tulamben, we have departures for diving up to 6 times a day. The center also has 3 vehicles. This allows you to dive the sites of your choice, 15 dive sites to offer between Tulamben and its proximities. All dives start from the shore. The Tulamben area is exceptional in terms of diversity of fish species. You will be able to appreciate from the smallest of species to the biggest (humphead parrotfish, black tip reef sharks....).

Dive the Liberty and Boga Wrecks

You have the soul of a wreck explorer?

The USAT Liberty is a cargo ship armed during the Second World War, it was in charge of merchandise transports. During its last mission on the 11^th June 1942, the Liberty was hit by two torpedoes launched by a Japanese submarine. The crew then tried to draw it to Singaraja. Taking in too much water, the ship got stranded on the Tulamben beach, until 1963 when the earthquake that induced the eruption of the Mount Agung made the wreck slip towards the ocean at only 40 meters from the beach.
