    Learn about Coral

    We’ve started this Coral Conservation Project in partnership with OCEAN GARDENER.
    Our goal is to educate people and make sure they are aware of the Global Coral Reef Situation. The Ocean is our office, where we spend most of our time, we have to protect the coral reef.

    Corals are the foundation of the marine environment and provide habitat for up to 25% of all fish species even if corals cover only 1% of the ocean and are concentrated within the 25 first meters of the water column.

    The introduction is composed of 3 phases:
    - A General presentation in the classroom where you will learn how to identify the different Corals Types, Corals Reproduction, and Threats to corals.
    - A workshop, where you will learn how to create a concrete base to plant corals.
    - We will dive on our Coral Nursery, you will be able to help us to maintain and clean structures and corals to make sure no threats are in the area. You will also be able to identify the different kinds of corals we are growing on the tables and we may also fragment and replant coral.
